MOTOROLA DROID X 2, 3G Only
The Droid X2, codenamed Daytona, is currently still under development. But the name could easily change in the future. Some specs of the Droid 2X have surfaced. It will reportedly feature a 4.3-inch display with 540 x 960 resolution, Tegra 2 dual core processor, 8-megapixel camera, HDMI out, HD video capture capability and Froyo..
The Motorola Droid X2, similar to its predecessor, will run on Verizon network. It’s not currently known if the Droid X2 will sport 4G capability, but with Verizon trying to market its 4G network along with a host of new 4G devices, one can assume that the Droid X2 will follow the trend.
According to sources, the phone will be released in May — but for now it is still a little too early to try and estimate its price. Logically, anything beyond $200 with a contract seems less likely.
